Overheard mommy & her friend's conversation this morning. Her neighbours bought a siberian husky puppy a while ago. They left the puppy in their small outdoor yard throughout the day with just water everyday. Hallo?? This is SINGAPORE!! Tis so darn hot! The whole place is full of poo and stinks and....no wonder it howls whole day. And they did not bring the puppy out for walks!!
This is definitely animal abuse. I hope somebody can knock some common sense into these idiot's head, or better yet, call SPCA.
Tsk Tsk!! Another impulsive buyer...Haiz!If it continues, we'll call the SPCA and ask them to come and do spot-check!
