Popeye!! To russia with love ;)

Meet popeye from russia! He must have travelled a thousand miles to be here. Popeye stays in the same block as us, on the highest level. His owner is an old uncle who brings him out blading everyday and he will wait here till his owner finished his round and comes back. Uncle cannot speak english but one can easily tell he loves all dogs. I'm saying this because he just shared his breakfast with me.
