Before the clock strikes twelve...

Happy birthday, mommy!!

We had loads of fun today! We went to the botanic gardens with maxxy and family this morning. Had our usual breakfast at the cafe, nevermind the lady sitting at the next table shooting daggers at us, she's prob not a dog person, shrug.

Mommy had laksa for breakfast, she wanted to try that for a long time but thought it might be too heavy. Maxy's mommy also indulged in meesiam...diet can wait ;p.

Maxy's daddy is complaining about his new iphone during breakfast, and so is the lady sitting on the other side of our tab
le (not the dagger lady) and maxy's mommy joked that they should become friends.

Evening walk was great! All my friends were out and they are so kind to wish mommy happy birthday and some even came with presents! Best present she got- someone wished her happy 24th birthday....yah right...oh, btw,pls convey the message to your owners my friends, do not...i repeat DO NOT ask her real age...

The only blemish to the otherwise perfect evening is we met this young goldie puppy called toby. Well, toby's fine....jumpy, very friendly. Problem lies with the owners. Toby was not leashed so he went chasing after every dog. I became his target and he was all over me, jumping and pawing. The owners keep calling him from VERY far away but he ignore them. So, no choice had to come for him and told my mommy that toby is very scared of huskies because he had been bitten by one before. Haven't we heard of that before? DUH!!!

If toby is scared, would he come running after me and jump on me? Or maybe he mistook me for a shiba inu....

So toby was dragged away by the owner, but not before mommy told her that husky bite him prob because he was jumping all over him and all the husky did is to give him a warning.

The morale of the story is : if your dog is not well behaved or aggressive, then the owner better be nice. Dogs do not discrimate, humans do.
